The Client may refuse to receive a digital license only within 14 days from the date of payment.

In this case, Client sends an e-mail to the site administrator (hereinafter Operator) with an application for a refund to support@maelstorm.space.

The Operator refunds money to the customer less the bank fee and the amount for the period of digital license actually used.

Refund is possible only if the purchase is confirmed on the maelstorm.space site. You need to provide the digital license code and order number.
